WORK HOURS CALCULATOR

Your time, clearly recorded.

Choose your start and end dates, set your hourly rate and enter each shift. Multiple shifts per day are supported. Select “Next day” if a shift ends after midnight.

How pay is estimated

Paid minutes = end time − start time − unpaid breaks. Optional overtime applies above your selected weekly threshold at your selected multiplier. We use unrounded minutes and round displayed money to cents.

This first version uses one hourly rate per selected period. It does not calculate taxes, daily overtime, double time, shift premiums, tips, paid leave or daylight-saving clock changes. Split a shift at a workweek boundary so its minutes belong to the correct weeks.

Privacy & saving

Your timesheets and monthly budget are stored locally in this browser, not in a Work Hours Calculator account. Timesheet backups contain work records; use the monthly budget export to keep a separate budget copy. No advertising or analytics scripts are installed in this version. Hosting may process standard connection logs. Browser storage can be cleared or unavailable; use Download backup to retain your records. There is no automatic cross-device sync.

Estimates depend on your entries and selected settings. They are not payroll processing or legal advice.
